If for any reason a customer is unsatisfied with their purchase, they can contact us within 14 days of taking delivery, and organise to receive a refund of the purchase price, subject to the terms and conditions listed below:

  1. In order to organise a refund under these terms and conditions, the customer must notify Kinde co. Support via emailing info@kindeco.com.au within 14 days of taking delivery of their Kinde co. Product and request a refund under these terms and conditions.
  2. The customer must provide photo evidence of the good in question for a faulty, damaged or wrong claim. The product must be retained in the possession of the customer for 7 days after the claim is made in the situation where Kinde co. would like for the product to be posted back (at the expense of the company) for the purpose of investigation of examination. Where a customer requests a refund in accordance with these terms and conditions, the refund will be for the 100% of the purchase price.
  3. For a change of mind refund, Kinde co. reserves the right to not provide a refund on any relevant fright costs.
  4. The 14-Day period will commence on the date that the customer accepts delivery of their Kinde co. product. Where there is no proof of delivery, this date will be assumed to be 3 business days from the date of dispatch of the product.
  5. After receiving notification, Kinde co. will issue a refund as soon as is reasonably practicable and the customer will be provided with e-mail acknowledgement. Where possible, refunds will be      processed by reversing the initial customer transaction. Kinde co. accepts no responsibility for any delays that may occur in receiving the refund as a result of any third-party payment gateway.
  6. Kinde co. reserves the right to make changes to these  14-Day Terms and Conditions without notice.


  

It is a requirement to complete your return, we require a receipt/ original invoice and the attached Returns Form.

Important: returns will not be accepted without a completed Returns Form.

Returns are only accepted via post and not in person


The above guarantee applies only to retail purchases made through our online shop at http://www.kindeco.com.au. Refunds or exchanges provided are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the store. 


  

Refunds are only available on full priced items and will be processed using the original tender type that the original purchase was made with. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once you have been refunded, please allow up to 48 business hours for the funds to clear in your account. Please note, refunds are not available on item's purchased during a promotion or an online special. 


sale items: Item's purchased during a promotion, marked down items, online credits and gift cards are non-refundable. You will automatically be issued with an online credit valid for three months.

faulty items: Should you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact our customer service team via info@kindeco.com.au and they will instruct you on how to return the item.

late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@kindeco.com.au.

/ exchanges

Kinde Co. wants you to love your purchases. If orders arrive damaged or faulty, if you change your mind or the fit is not perfect we are happy to exchange within our returns policy period. Items must be in a resalable and unused condition, accompanied by original tags and a valid original receipt. Refer to our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee for more information. 

Please inform us of the style, size and colour that you would prefer by sending us an email at hello@kindeco.com.au and we will instruct you how to return the item.

The item from the original order will first be returned and a new order containing the exchanged item will be processed. Any discounts received will be carried over in an exchange. We will notify you via email once your exchange has been processed.
