To process your refund or credit, please send your item(s) back to our office with a completed return form (see below).
Please note we’re unable to facilitate exchanges due to frequent changes in stock levels/product selling out - if you require a different size, colour or alternative item(s), we suggest that you repurchase the item/size you want to exchange for (so you don’t miss out) and return your original order for a refund or credit.
Return shipping is at the cost of the customer and is non-refundable.
We recommend returning your item(s) through traceable mail, as Kinde co. cannot issue a refund on an item(s) that is not received.
